Hey all...
Yahoo H2H - 14 teams
G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP - GS, W, SHO, SV%, GAA (3 game min. for G)
C - Getzlaf/M.Koivu
LW - Semin(RW)/Laich
RW - Hossa/Lupul(LW)
D - Kaberle/Boyle/Zidlicky/Campbell
BN - Benn(LW)/Elias(LW)/Brassard(C)/Nabokov(G)
G - Bryzgalov/Fleury
IR - Havlat(RW)
Thanks
I was a little worried about RW until I noticed Havlat on your IR. This team looks pretty solid, especially in net.

Lose Brassard, he's a 4th line winger now would you believe. If Bryan Little is available, I'd go with him.
Maybe upgrade Laich with someone like Jordan staal if he's available.
Your goaltending rocks.

I'm not sure I'd call him a 4th liner; his number of shifts indicate "3rd line" level and he's seeing some PP time as well.

Fair enough Mike. That being said, is he a better option than Bryan Little?

Most likely not, I agree. I think there was lots of hope that Brassard might see time with Carter/Nash and that has not materialized.

After his play last year you would've thought, but organizational depth can be a fickle thing for some players. :(

Both Staal and Little are gone and Laich was my replacement when I put Havlat on IR. I will be dropping Laich to insert Havlat back in.
Here are the available forwards on FA (to replace Brassard):
Milan Hejduk (Col - RW)
Dustin Penner (LA - LW)
David Booth (Fla - LW)
P.A. Parenteau (NYI - RW)
Andrei Kostitsyn (Mon - LW,RW)
Olli Jokinen (Cgy - C)
Martin Erat (Nsh - RW)
Jussi Jokinen (Car - LW)
Tuomo Ruutu (Car - C,LW)
Curtis Glencross (Cgy - LW)
Kris Versteeg (Fla - LW)
Steve Ott (Dal - C)
Tyler Kennedy (Pit - LW,RW)
Kyle Okposo (NYI - RW)
Ray Whitney (Pho - LW)
Gabriel Landeskog (Col - LW)
Danny Cleary (Det - RW)
Rich Peverley (Bos - C)
Jarret Stoll (LA - C)
Wayne Simmonds (Phi - RW)
Thanks

Drop Laich for Simmonds and Brassard for Ruutu.
Wayne Simmonds is a beast.
He looked awesome last night.

I am slightly biased though as he was a wire pickup for me. ;)

I replaced Brassard(C) with T.Ruutu(C/LW). I will be dropping Laich for Havlat when he is back from IR...hopefully this week.
I have also been taking a look at Simmonds from PHI but unsure whether he is worth picking up for one of my current roster players..
Thoughts?

Simmonds is going to have a way better year than his current draft position this year suggested.

Understood but is he worth picking up for one of my current roster spots?

I would think by the end of the year, simmonds will have better numbers than Lupul

I swear every person who posts their team in this " rate my team " forum has Nabokov on their team...growing trend....everyone who wants reassurance has Nabokov.

You really dislike this guy don't you habs lol. I have him in 1 out of 3 pools.... But probably not too much longer the way my lines are shaking out.

lol, as per another post I just made, I just dont see him as relevant at the moment. If you have the room to stash him, by all means, but I find stashing players always end up biting myself and others Ive seen do it in the ass.

I'm lucky enough to be leading all my pools right now and don't mind stashing him in the one I have, but the compitition is coming around, so I'll have to get rid of him within the week unless NYI do something meaningful with him.

Yea there were trade rumors, but they have seemed to settle down.

He'll have to at least play a freaking game first before those rumors will heat up again.

I was more worried about my skaters than my G situation...
