Jagr seems to be getting right back into things. Is this a fair trade I know most of will probably say no, but just seeing what people think?

I know Dats hasn't had the best start, but in the long haul he's as close to a sure thing as you can get. Jagr isn't. He's a possible, Dats is a highly probable.
