Apparently he got "demoted" to the 2nd line to play with Roy and Stafford in an attempt to get Leino playing better. Argh that just sucks on a number of levels. He was clicking with that first line for one and let's face it playing next to Vanek and Pominville trumps Roy and Stafford. Second his playing time is going to be effected which is not good news for me. He already had the lowest ice time on my team by a long shot. If be dips under 12 minutes that could be a serious problem. My only glimmer of hope is that he's been playing so well and I have Roy as well - maybe he can up that lines production? One can hope!!

That really sucks. He has slowed down recently, though that is more from not skating on the top PP.
Its going to hurt Adam, but at least I can stash him on the bench for a while. What I really dont like is I have the bad feeling Leino is going to have a brutal effect on Vanek, he's not a top line center.

Well I'm hoping Adam can somehow bring this magic to Roy (whom I have as well)...but I don't get it, that top line was clicking and that team was playing very well. Why do you mess with something that is working? Why not stick Leino with Roy and Stafford (or is that the lineup already)? I just don't get this move...for me it really hurts because ATOI is a category and if Adam drops too low, his value starts to plummet. And let's be real, the less time on the ice obviously the less scoring, SOG, hits, blocks etc.. so its just a downward spiraling effect. Too bad, he was one of those guys I wasn't expecting to produce like he has been so he's been a HUGE bonus for me. Would have possibly made for some great trade bait but with this "demotion" I don't think people are gonna be as interested.

Possible silver lining, he's going to be lining up at LW, so he might pick up an extra eligability if it sticks long enough.
