The countdown begins for the epic fight between Avery and Torts. The Rangers and Dolan should look into selling tickets for the fight, I mean the Knicks arent going to be using the Garden floor any time soon.

Sounds like to me the Rangers have a team interested in a trade.. that would be the ONLY reason I would bring Avery back.. to showcase his.. umm ... talents??? Haha! ;o)

I don't think they have a trade in mind, as a team could have plucked him off waivers and only owed 1/4 of his salary.

As an Islander fan I cannot be happier that Sean Avery is back with the Rangers. He will become a distraction and divide the locker room. And all the Ranger fans who were chanting "We want Avery", will curse him when he takes a dumb penalty late in a game that they are trailing. Here comes the Sloppy Seconds of Avery as a Ranger.
