I'd prolly go on the date, I've been defeated by autodraft teams with active managers enough times. . .

One of my friends autodrafted and didn't even move his players last week. He's 2nd overall.

I'd do it no questions asked. You can always trade your duds or look to free agency.

OH I would autodraft in a second-- make a good list prior and then hope for the best

That'll have to be my excuse for spending hours on a pre-draft player ranking list next year...how do I know some model won't interrupt my draft and I am "forced" to walk away from my computer?

That plus it makes for a less stressful draft if you do attend-- Its so much better to have picks and alternates ready rather than trying to do research in 90 seconds to find a LW with PIMS, HIts and good plus minus who might get PP time LOL

Date with hot model...mmmmm autodraft? Seems like the two go together. I have a chance to score or I can choose to pick people to score. I'll go with Gretzky no chance to score if I don't take the shot.

My luck though is that I'll 0-fer. No score and last place.

In my league our draft day fell on the same day as one of the guys wedding anniversaries. He still showed up to draft. His wife was actually cool with it. Hot bikini model might be another story, might have to miss it for that.
