Hi guys,

With Miller down I'm falling behind on goalie games so I'm looking to pick someone up. Our league counts W(2),SO(3),Saves(0.1),GA(-0.5) but we are all pretty goalie focused so prying one from someone else isn't an option w/o greatly overpaying.

For the FA, the ones that are in (or could be in) a starting role are Scrivens (Tor), Dipietro and Montoya (NYI). Personally I think Montoya will end up with a greater amount of starts with Nabby hurt and no need to showcase him.

I'm personally leaning towards Montoya but was wondering if anyone had any different thoughts on that.

Dubnyk/Bob/Harding/Mason(Win)/Lindback are also there but I dont think they will be playing enough games to make it worthwhile.

I'm going with your instinct on this one too: Montoya.

Unfortunately, Montoya is now injured:

Wow, who would guess that the Isles would lose 2 goalies and Dipietro would be the only one standing? His value goes up being the only healthy guy for now, but I've never been a fan. I'll have to mull over this for a little bit.

Why not pick up Scrivens while you're mulling it over anyway? If you're falling behind in goalie categories then it's not like it's a huge gamble plus if your league is really that goalie focuses don't you run the risk of Reimer's owner grabbing him?
