Thats all great to say but anyone without a no-trade clause might be traded if the offer were right. I understand that management has taken a principled stand here and I actually applaud them for it but if something they see as a great offer comes their way, they have to consider it , don't they.

They were talking about this signing on local radio and the pundits there saw this as a complete capitulation by Turris in a situation where his demands were way too high and he pushed for this confrontation.

I don't know who trades for him anyway. You have an ok player with 'meh" humbers who apparently has an overinflated view of his worth and who has been out of real action for months. Sounds like the Islanders and Flames should start a bidding war for his services any moment !!
