On your question about upgrading your team, the first thing that jumped out at me was Pleckanec. I would take a guy like A. Macdonald, P. Berglund or T.J. Ohie instead. I know, all Blues...but I'm willing to bet they all outperform Pleckenec this year. And they're cheap.........for now.
