Should I trade Weber for James Neal?
It depends on how your league works, Neal started hot but has slowed down and Weber is just a beast. It's tough to say unless we know how the scoring works in your league.

I see you only have 3 D, how many D-positions are there ? I see you're pretty stacked with C's + LW's.......I think you're better off just sticking with Weber.
