Let's not confuse physical play for dirty play.
Matt Cooke has more points than PIM this year, rinaldo has almost 3 times as many minutes than anyone on the pens, and hartnell leads the league in minor penalties almost every year. It seems this year he realizes that stick is meant to hit the puck though. Don't forget, no one from the philthy flyers has ever won the lady byng. Then again, neither has anyone from jersey. This year the islanders are the only team in the Atlantic with less PIM than the pens. Sorry but there are some dirty teams in the Atlantic and the pens aren't one of them

Lol exactly. Any team that has Matt Cooke on their roster really can't call other teams dirty. He's as bad as they come. I do like his change this year, though.

dolcichw , take your blinders off. Did you not see the elbow Malkin threw at Giroux last game they played? Did you not see the headshot Crosby threw on Foligno? Crosby said it was a scrum in front of net. It was a headshot. Matt Cooke has a history of suspensions. Ask Savard if he's dirty. The players you noted were not suspended. Do you remember the hit by Kasperitus on Lindros? Karma is a beach.
