This would never Pass to the scale it's purposed. Congressmen like their big fat sit on their ass jobs and they would be unemployed if this were to pass. 78% of Americans disapproved of the health care and nearly that sAme portion of people lost their jobs in congress next election. As much as I'd like to see all of them thrown out and start over, this won't pass. It's a career killer for a politician.

That's why Tim Thomas didn't go to Washington.

One complaint about the Bill is that ANY website that displays links to 'pirated' material, that website can be instantly shutdown for a long duration of time.
This INCLUDES websites that allow its users to add content to the website, filter free.

So if on any website, even here, somebody were to post a link to a stream of a hockey game, I believe the website will be shutdown and the owner/s possibly facing charges.

Thats the overbroad and overkill part of it. They seem to want to use hand grenades to kill ants around the foundation. The fact that you blast your house to bits doesn't seem to bother them
