Which goalie to drop -- Schneider or Rask?

I already have Howard and Niemi, and can't justify carrying both Schneider and Rask. Schneider is subject to trade rumors, but had so few 2nd half starts last year (as opposed to Rask). I need to dump one to accomodate a winger off IR. Suggestions (with justification) appreciated.

hard to call, but if i had to choose one, i'd drop schneider. Rask will prolly see more starts. personally, schneider is the better goalie, but rask has just as good a team in front of him too. trade if you can!

I have to agree with dls...drop Schneider. youre not going to get anything out of a trade (IMO). cut him loose and activate who you have to...I am going to guess it's Clowe

Tough call, several things to consider. In the first place, I have Rask and his numbers are better than either of my others (Rinne & Backstrom). And I wouldn't drop him for Schneider. The reality is that Vancouver will stake their claim to the Cup on Luongo, so all their goal-tending decisions from mid Feb will be made in his favor - until there's aninjury, which is why they're not going to trade Schneider until the offseason. Perhaps the question you need to ask is whether your nearest opponent will benefit more from you releasing one of the two. Maybe you just "let Pat play this hand?" Finally, Boston has, I think, more games in the last three weeks than Vancouver. Check Mike's article on the front page.
