Thread: In Need of PIMs This Weekend?

  1. #21
Brandon Bollig was called up by Chicago after they traded away John Scott. Apparently, Bollig will accept any fight challenge. He is ranked 7th overall in PIMs in the AHL this season.

I'd pick these games if any, especially the latter two. Philly and the Islanders is unlikely to heat up enough for big PIMs but the usual suspects might pick up some minutes.

annnnnnnnnnd Bollig gets his 1st career NHL fights in his first career NHL game vs. the Leafs in an Original Six match-up.

Had it been against Tie Domi or Dave 'Tiger' Williams, probably would have been one of the most memorable first-NHL game fights of all-time for a 'rookie's first game

I some how managed to jump ahead in PIMs 26-23 (after Monday, he had 19 and I had 2, haha) ... didn't get to get my last day's roster change in ... parked in the wrong spot for an hour and came out to not see my car =( $105 later I missed my add/drop deadline for today.

    But the Leafs finally won!

Can't win 'em all I guess

I am in need of PIMS this weekend - noticing Prust is playing tonight (CHI) and Sunday (NYI) is there somewhere to see if he has a good chance of fighting in either of these games??? Or is there anyone you might recommend.

As previously mentioned, maybe Bollig is a future PIM machine, you can pick him up for Sunday?
People I would recommend for the NYI NYR matchup would include: Stu Bickel (he has fought every game he's played against NYI thus far) and Matt Martin

Never mind, might want to consider someone else besides Matt Martin, his status is probably doubtful because of illness
