    Playoff Push

What do you guys think of this line up? Should I look for any other players?:
Defense-Shea Weber, Brian Campbell, Mark Streit, Olver Ekman-Larsson

Centers- Eric Staal, Jason Spezza, David Backes, Olli Jokinen, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

Forwards- Rick Nash, Patrick Sharp, Scott Hartnell, David Clarkson, Bryan Little

    Goalies- Tim Thomas, Corey Crawford

Of course I don't start all of them at once but considering I am only allowed 4 D and 6 C/F's each night, I would like some insight.
    Thank You

Depends on a lot of factors, such as:

    Size of League
    Stats applicable
    Players available
How many moves you have left or are entitled to
    # of Bench players
What type of league you are in (H2H Points vs H2H Standard vs H2H - 1 win)
What round of the playoffs you are in
    Rocketman

8 Team H2H League, 3 goalie starts per week minimum: G A PPG PPA +/- PIM SOG Hits FOW W L GAA Sv%
    20 moves maximum, 16 used.

In semi-finals of the league. I had Lupul but dropped him this week and picked up Alexander Radulov.

No keepers, however the winner of the league becomes commissioner of the following season and can add 1 change to the rules. Adding a keeper might be a rule that I may implement next season if I do win.

What I did in my league was to look for teams that are pushing for a playoff push - (this was when I was in the semi-finals) and dropped my non keeper players and picked up someone who seems to be playing well now - ie Drew Stafford, Ennis, Chimera, ect....) I think the teams that are looking for that 7th / 8th spot are more likely to see fringe player get better. Buffalo was one team that I noticed this with.

Just a thought but if you have the ability to win it all and you drop a D such as Ekman-Larsson, you may find that it helps you with targeting certain stats that you are not currently winning. if you are losing Goals - then drop someone and go for that Cat. It might just be the difference between winning or losing.
This is what I did last week - and I am in the finals this week. It helped for sure.
