    Starting Goalies - Thursday, March 29, 2012

    Part of winning in fantasy hockey is choosing the right goalie each night. Will you pick the right ones tonight? This is the place to discuss your lineup decisions. There are seven games on the schedule for today.

    All of tonight's games feature a playoff team vs. a non-playoff team, outside of tonight's Central Division showdown between the St. Louis Blues and the Chicago Blackhawks. If you're in need of PIMs, Marie notes that this could be a good game to consider.

    I'll be watching to see if Sergei Bobrovsky can hold down the fort while Ilya Bryzgalov misses time with a foot injury.

    The list of possible outcomes is endless this time of year. Which game will you be following tonight?

    My games of interest tonight are Pittsburgh vs NYI to see if Fleury can put together a better start to make up for Tuesday. I will also be following TB vs NJ just because that could really be a good game.

    I am on the Caps. vs. B's. If Thomas can get me a win tonight I will be in good shape for the final week push. I think the Isles are going down hard tonight, I expect Pitt to come out swinging and put up a 6 spot.

    I have Halak and Thomas tonight. Should I bench them tonight and wait for more favorable matchups later in the week or just play them.

    Considering we don't know if Halak plays Saturday in Columbus, I would start him. Also, Boston has a B2B on Saturday and Sunday (where Thomas may only get the Ranger game), I think you have to start those two tonight, unfortunately. No game this time of year is an easy pick.

    ALERT: Gustavsson just had to be helped off the ice in warmups. I'm not sure what's going on but don't consider him the likely the starter anymore tonight.
