Wow...usually when I have my full team in play I'm putting up at least 12 points. I have 1 fricken goal and 2 assists tonight

    My 9-6-0 lead is now 8-7-0 and...ouch!

Anyone know what happened to Parenteau tonight? He only played 7 minutes...that was no good either for the ATOI.

WOW! Just completed a come from behind victory that had me down for the majority of the last two weeks, up until the third period of the LA/SJ game tonight. Logan Couture came through with 2 assists (one even strength and one PP) and a total of 5 fantasy points. Final score: 374.9 - 370.2!!!

It's been a race all season between myself and another team for first. I regained first a couple nights back and was able to hang on. Even with him having the best goalie crop in my league (6/19 cats) and both Malkin and Neal, he ultimately didn't have too much balance when it came to PIMS, hits, etc... And that's where I was able to make up ground. First place two years running, and because of some draft pick trades, I already have a clear advantage heading to next year.

I'm in 2 leagues....one ESPN and the other is on Yahoo. The ESPN one shut my team down a couple of weeks ago due to too many starts or something. I fell from 2nd to 4th. Doubtful I'll play this one next year plus there was no IR spots.

On my Yahoo league, that's the normal H2H league. I finished 4th for the regular season. Then the playoffs. Won week 1. Lost week 2. Won week 3 to take third. Not bad considering I was sitting in 6th overall for most of the season.

    7-7-1

    Still not sure who won

It literally came down to the last game on the last day of the season. Crazy

I had 3 guys in play as did he. I'd been up most of the week either 9-6-0 or 8-7-0 but I came in the final day down 7-8-0 b/c he had overtaken me in total goals. I also barely had a lead in +/-

So I'm able to hang on in+/- and Im racking up the points but they're all assists. Finally some start trickling in and im down by 1. Thank you Mike Richards! With his goal it became a 7-7-1 tie. I out pointed him I had more assists (63) than he had total points (60) but too bad that wasn't the tiebreaker. I'm honestly still not sure what's going on.

So now I'm scouring the wire just filling my team to the brim. Ya never know. Someone dropped Toews which I thought was nuts so I grabbed him. He's keeper material and we are in discussion to up the amount of keepers from 4 to 6 and in that scenario he might actually fit the bill and that's nuts to get a guy of his caliber. Someone really needed an open roster spot it seems and dropped...I'm honestly not even sure how he was dropped unless he was out ("O") or on IR. We observe ESPNs undroppable list and...well whatever it is, I'm not complaining lol.

Now the tough part will be pairing my keepers down. Hopefully the league will vote to expand (especially if we're keeping the roster sizes so huge). I also want to figure out how to customize everything to enable trades involving draft picks, etc but I'm not sure you can do that in a standard ESPN league.

Glad to hear that so many people did well! Can't win everything all the time, as nice as that would be But it seems like pretty much everyone that I've seen finished in the top 4. That's still a very good accomplishment IMO. I mean I would have loved to take home the trophy but ah we'll...great learning lessons for next year!

I Commish a private 10-team H2H league. Top 8 make the dance. I came in 5th at the end of the regular season, played the 4-seed. Beat his ass 7-2-1 to advance to the Semis vs. the #1 guy. He kicked my ass all over the place losing 8-1-1. He started off the week with a shutout from Quick and I never recovered. I then played the 3-seed in the Consolation 3rd place game and beat him 8-2. I've never placed lower than 3rd in the 4 years I've done this league so I'm pretty pleased either way.
