Refs really blew it with the Dubinsky call. Carkner de-gloved and started punching Boyle in the face until he was on the ice. He then proceeded to continue punching him until Dubinsky jumped on Carkner to stop him. Boyle never took off his gloves and did not get a penalty on the play.

"When the smoke cleared, Carkner received two minutes for roughing, five minutes for fighting and a game misconduct. Dubinsky was also ejected from the contest as the third man into an altercation and also received two minutes for roughing."
