The same goes for ESPN, if anyone knows.

I'm excited about the prospect of doing like 50 mock drafts in Yahoo. It's always interesting to see how different people draft.

I've been using Yahoo! for the last 3 years. I like it a lot. I did get on a team last year on ESPN. I didn't think it was quite as well laid out, IMO. This year though, I'm going to look to join a keeper league on Yahoo. That just seems to add soooo much to your planning your season and long term strategy. I think it'll be fun!!

I've used Yahoo for some non-intense leagues in the past, and it was certainly fine. The layout is probably a bit better than ESPN. However, the extra tools and stats make ESPN the better league. I will say this, though...this year, my league I've been in for four years has decided to pay the $60 annual fee and move over to Fantrax. It absolutely blows the other two out of the water. Especially if you use a keeper league with prospects.

It allows you to keep all your prospects on your roster, but in a separate part of your roster--your "Minor League" team. Your prospects do not count towards your main roster player limit. The way our league is set up is we have 20 players on the main roster who contribute points as well as a 20 player Minor League roster. You can create your own GP maximum so only players who fall within the appropriate criteria are allowed to be put on the Minor League team.

Further, beyond the prospects, it also allows draft picks to be traded.

It also has a significant amount more scoring options (goalie goals/assists, shutout goals, etc).

Do you have to pay to join a league that has already been created? I might be interested in joining a league on that site to see what it's like. I'm not involved in any dynasty type leagues (sadly) so I wouldn't get the full benefit of the site but I'm still curious.

My understanding is you can join the public leagues for free; however, the public leagues do not have anywhere near the detail. Once you begin adding all the fun features, you then have to start paying. Most of these leagues are also private.

Maybe one day we can start a LWL dynasty league on that site . I don't think I'd ever get any work done after that.
