    Keepers

I am in a keeper league current where we are allowed to keep 1 player per position. My keeper at RW had previously been Marian Gaborik. Unfortunately with his surgery I've had to use a mulligan on him and am faced with keeping another player. I have the option of keeper James Neal at RW since he has dual eligibility.

I could retain Eberle, Bobby Ryan, or Dustin Brown. (Offensive stats = G, A, P, PIM, Hits, SOG)

    Thanks

I would lean toward Ryan/Neal as my two wingers here.

James Neal, easily. It would be easy in a points only league, but a no-brainer with the multi-cats.

I like keeping Neal/Brown here. With PIM and Hits, I think Brown easily comes in above Ryan in terms of overall value. I'd expect them to have close to even point totals, but the edge goes to Brown in non-point categories.

I would say keep Neal, but Gaborik will be back. I think he might miss up to two months. Factor in the possibility of a lock-out and you might not miss anything. You could keep Neal & Gaborik, then pick up a RW or LW in the draft to fill in for Gaborik until he's back.
