Who would the top 10 skaters be in a league with these categories?
G, A, +/-, pim, ppp, shp, hits, shots, blocks, gwg
In no particular order...Crosby, Malkin, Stamkos, Ovechkin, Giroux, Perry, Tavares, Neal, Backstrom, and Hartnell
Based on these categories, would you trade either D Sedin or Toews for Ovechkin? Or neither?
Absolutely I would. In years past, you would have never been able to do that. Take Ovi and run with him. He may never get back to the 60 goal/110 point days again. However, I could easily see him getting back to 45 goals/90 points. Those numbers to go along with his peripherals make him a top 5 player in your league.
Which one woukd you give up first? Sedin or Toews?

I am in a overall points league and not a category league. So last year for example Daniel Sedin had 217.3 fantasy pts for a 3.0 average points per game and Ovie had 191 points for a 2.4 points per game average. So is he really the better overall player in my league?
I would sell Sedin high and take Ovechkin low.

That does change things a bit, but not too much. I would much rather Ovechkin...by a long, long shot over D Sedin. I'm not knocking him, I just think his best days are behind him. No more of thoese 100 point seasons.
