Part of me likes this guy ...

    although I'm hardly a Stamps fan ...

We certainly do need 8 months of hockey.

Also it's funny to me that anyone bothered to interview a punter. Who cares what a punter has to say?

I would have to agree with Leafs. I can't speak for everyone else, but tears will definitely be shed on this side if we miss games.

Actually, he tweeted the comment and I saw it in the newspaper this morning. And what I agree with him over is TSN's incessant nattering over the same old same old, that's all. And everyone knows kickers/punters are usually head cases, just like goalies, LOL!!

I agree with the not being told every waking minute that nothing is happening. It is getting awful tiring. I want news when something does happen. The exact same thing happen with Sid's injury. We kept getting 'no change' updates which were extremely unnerving.

That being said, there will be tears when games are missed.

Yeah, Bob McKenzie is worse than ever, LOL!! But I fear, my friend, we're in for a long dry spell. It appears obvious to me the players are pissed.

It was pretty funny I would thing that around Cal-GARY if it's the Stamps (Never heard that before) or pending hockey I'd think the hockey news..being repetitive is more exciting.

I'll be following along this weekend for the NHL as I believe they are meeting. Not much "No Hockey Still" talk in ChicagoLand as the Bears trump all and the Sox are well were (GO TIGERS) in the playoff push. I wouldn't expect the Chicago media to jump on board anyway as they are behind the other teams.
