I got him in round 21. Why has he dropped so much?
I can't speak for all league, but in my league with the numbers he put up last year he's not worth a roster spot.

But seriously, the reasons flubber stated are all correct - the intangible factor is that he was out injured for a long time last year. He had a decent start, but the injury cancelled out any fantasy value.
