Draft Rules
General
1. Please don't talk in this thread to keep it more organized. Only make picks here. Keep all chatter to the discussion thread.
2. After making a pick, notify the next manager that they're up and the manager after that they're pick is coming up soon. This can be done by leaving a message on their profile or by private messaging them.
3. If you know you're not going to be on for when your pick is going to come up send a list to someone of which players you want in order. If you're picking in 4 picks, include at least 4 players.
4. Everybody should turn on the option of receiving an email when you're pm'd. It'll help speed this up for everyone.
Schedule
Round 1-3: 5 Hours
Round 4-10: 4 Hours
Round 10-End: 3 Hours
1. We're all going to submit a list of what 8 hours we are normally sleeping during.
2. If someone is sleeping that time will not be counted against them.
3. They can make the pick during the sleep hours but we won't be punishing for sleeping.
Missed Picks
1. If a person runs out of time, they will be BAPAY'd (Best Available Player According to Yahoo).
2. We'll have three or four specified people that will be doing these (just by how active they can be, not a knowledge thing at all).
3. The BAPAYs will be done intelligently. The person doing the BAPAY will pick based on an obvious need on that team. Based on that need, they'll just give them the best ranked player in that position based on yahoo's rankings.
4. If a player has a BAPAY'd pick their next pick will be automatically BAPAY'd until they've checked in again.
5. You can switch the player you were given by BAPAY to another player if you desire to.
