Awesome, we should have more division games to give the divisions meaning

If we are doing divisions, I would like to see more meaning placed on that instead of just playing everyone a specific number of times. Better at creating rivalries as well.

Now since we have the ability to alter schedules and have 12 teams..Maybe 3 divisions of 4. Best two division winners get the bye and then all #2's make it. Worst # 2 would play worst division winner.

Just throwing out ideas. may take too long to vote and set up too. Either way 2 or 3 divisions I'm good but do agree more games within divisions to create rivalries and more meaning.

Actually I'd be pretty down for this. It could really make some big rivalries.

What he meant was that we won't be enforcing auto-drafting if someone takes a while to make a pick. I know the two kind of go hand in hand but the point of it all is protection against getting the BAPAY picked for them. But yeah, I dont think we will be worrying too much until necessary, unless there is a huge holdup by someone.

Also, I really like the division idea. I don't really care how it's done, I just think it would be neat.

I checked in awhile ago but haven't chimed in on the divisions. I like divisions of 6 with division winners getting byes in the first round of the playoffs with the next 4 top teams getting in for 6 total making the playoffs (gives incentive to win division while not eliminating having a good record).

Also, is the draft order the same (or are there new team names) or did I miss something along the way. Made spreadsheets and such to keep track for myself and do not want to lose track.

I did not read one of the posts so forget my last statement about the draft order and team name.

This sounds interesting. I'd be OK with it. Two divisions is fine, too, but maybe more intra-division games in the schedule.

I think regardless of the way we set up divisions (2 or 3), we should still set up a custom schedule so that there are more divisional games. Something like 50% of your games against your division to make divisions have a real purpose. It would build rivalries and it would affect how managers trade with other managers within and outside of their divisions.
