With both struggling to start the season, who do you see as more likely to have a more successful season? Personally, I'm more concerned with who people think will finish with more wins since I have both players in a points only league.
My thought is Luongo has a more capable backup to steal more starts and that would prevent him from getting as many wins as possible. Where Price, he's the man and has to become the man.

Luongo is the easy choice here. The habs are decimated by injuries, as much as I want Price to rebound, I don't know how long he can hold the fort.

Honestly I think its WAY too early to worry about either guy right now. They are both #1 goalies, first round draft picks...we're only what, 6 games into the season? They are way too good to get overly worried yet IMO.

I am not a Luongo fan but he is a notoriously slow starter who still always seems to put of great numbers in the regular season-- I think he will be up there in save% and GAA. I also think that , while they will plan their season to have Luongo ready for the playoffs-- they will also want to develop Schneider with the real thought of him stepping in earlier and more if Luong gets into playoff meltdown mode-- THat plus team hangover etc etc means I think Luongos wins go down a littleOriginally Posted by reSports
Price-- I believe he will be fantastic but in Budaj they do have a better backup than in the past. The prpblem is that the team is not looking that good so the question is whether they will win no matter how well Price plays.
Overall I see them both bouncing back as individuals but overall I see Luongo scoring more wins
