    Weber for Neal

My team and format are in my sig, his team is as follows

C: Patrice Bergeron, David Krejci, Andy McDonald (LW)
LW: Thomas Vanek, Ilya Kovalchuk, Dustin Brown (RW)
RW: Marion Gaborik, Wayne Simmonds, David Backes (RW)
D: Shaw Weber, Alex Pietrangelo, Niklas Kronwall, Stephane Robidas

    Goalies aren't an issue.

He offered Weber for Neal. I am stumped.

I'd pass, Weber will be better in PIM, hits, blk but in an 8 team league you can find guys on waivers that will do the same thing. Not worth giving up a guy like Neal.

With Landeskog and Callahan injured you're really going to need Neal much more than Weber.
Also... I don't think Weber for Neal is good enough offer.

With the way Weber is playing, you would be hard pressed to get him for Jim O'Brien

To clarify the above statement, Neal is far too much.

Completely agree. Weber is a buy low candidate right now and Neal is WAY too much esp given your INJ issues at the moment.

Maybe Kopitar instead? That might be too much even...

You all don't think that Weber is better than his entire defense save Shattenkirk?

It's a short season I realize that. But it seems like people are going trade nutty thinking if a guys not playing his best 6 games into the season you're screwed. I dunno that's just me. From being here a long time and talking with so many people I think my approach is generally ass-backwards

    Okay now I'm just confused

Weber is in your current signature. However you said he offered Weber for Neal so that's confusing (at least to me). You could have already made the deal & updated your sig.

Then the last comment before mine has me confused because it basically says Weber is a buy low candidate, Neal isn't enough I'd ask for Kopitar.

Maybe I've burned too many brain cells in my days I dunno

Weber shouldn't be in my sig, never had him on my team or in my sig.
EDIT I did post his team in much the same style as my sig, maybe taht's the confusion.

If there's a sig like that, I can't see it... I think you're looking at the 1st post where he posts the other guys team.
Everyone here seems to agree that Weber isn't enough for Neal.
What jal179 is suggesting is offering Kopitar for Weber... not Kopitar and Neal.

Keep Neal. Keep Kopitar too... Try offering Backstrom.
